How it works

1

Create account

Register in seconds — you only need an email.

2

Join a group

Find your crew or create a new group — or go solo and start tracking your own catches right away.

3

Go fishing

Start a session, log catches, and track results in real time.

What you need

Prepare this before registering

Verified email

A verification link is sent to your address. Login is not possible without confirming your email.

Group access (optional)

Join a crew for full features (leaderboard, events, confirmations) — or use solo mode to track your own catches independently.

Camera (optional)

A catch photo is recommended but not required. Use your phone — the app automatically reads the capture date from the image.

Getting started guide

Step by step — from registration to your first catch

1
Registration and email verification
Create an account with email and password, then verify your email.

Fill in the form: username, email and password (min. 8 characters). A verification email is sent to the entered address — click the link to activate your account. Login is not possible until the email is confirmed. If you didn't receive the email, check your spam folder.

2
Onboarding — Join a group
After first login the app guides you through onboarding: create a crew, find a public group, wait for an invite, or continue solo.

You can only be a member of one group at a time. Four options: (1) Create a new group — you become the owner and can invite others; (2) Find a public group — browse public groups and send a membership request; (3) Wait for an invite — the group owner sends you an invite link by email; (4) Continue solo — skip the group for now and start fishing immediately. Solo catches are recorded but won't count toward crew leaderboards or require confirmation.

3
Start a fishing session
Before heading out to the water, open a new session in the app.

On the home page click the 'Start session' button. Choose your group, add a session name (optional) and location. The session records start time automatically. Important: open the session before you start fishing — catches are linked to an active session.

4
Log catches
While the session is open, add catches one by one.

For each catch: select the fish species, enter the weight (kg) and add a photo. The app reads the capture date from the photo automatically. GPS location from the photo is optional — you can enable it in your profile settings. The catch gets status 'Pending' and awaits confirmation from another crew member.

5
Close session and confirm catches
When you return from the water, close the session. Catches are cross-confirmed between crew members.

Close the session when you finish fishing. You nominate a crew member to confirm your catches — they get a notification and approve or reject catches on the Assigned page. Once catches are confirmed, you (the session owner) finalize the session — finalized catches count toward stats and the leaderboard.
